Clash/Slash

[2007, choreographic research]

Line Nault has been invited to participate as choreographer in the Clash/Slash project for the second and third edition. During her first experience, she developed a research that aims to make movement perceptive through different levels of consciousness. This research was presented as a 10 minutes draft performed by Kate Holden. Her second research focuses on the possible encounter between the sacred and the common through the incorporation of sound work into movement. It is also presented in draft form with the same performer.

Launched and created by choreographer Lynda Gaudreau, Clash/Slash is an event dedicated to artists who wish to take a new look at dance practice and frameworks. This is a project in constant search for tools and working methods that revolve around specific values.
